For dental clinics, the Examination tab includes a tooth chart where you record findings on individual teeth.
Recording a finding
Click a tooth and add its finding — condition found, diagnosis, treatment planned, notes, and a severity (mild, moderate or severe).
What the colours mean
A tooth's colour shows the status of its treatment:
- Indigo — Planned
- Orange — Pending
- Teal — In Progress
- Green — Completed
This lets you see, at a glance, where each tooth's treatment stands.
The list of dental problems you can choose from is set up under Settings → Edit Examination → Add Dental Problem.
