Follow-ups help you bring patients back. Each day, work through the patients due for a follow-up.

Steps

  1. Open Smart Follow-Ups (or the follow-ups panel at the top).
  2. You'll see the patients due today.
  3. For each one, send a WhatsApp message (tap the WhatsApp button) or give them a call.
  4. Mark the follow-up completed once done.

Follow-ups go by WhatsApp or a call — not SMS. The sidebar shows a badge with today's due count.
