Wishing patients on their birthday is a simple way to stay in touch.
Steps
- Open Birthdays.
- You'll see the patients whose birthday is today.
- Tap the WhatsApp button to send a wish.
If the list is empty, it usually means dates of birth weren't captured during registration. Add the date of birth on the patient's record so they appear here.
Birthdays is currently available for dental clinics, and will be opened to all clinic types.
