If a patient says they didn't get their appointment SMS, check these in order.
Common causes
- Wrong or missing number — open the patient and check the mobile number is correct and 10 digits.
- Foreign number — SMS is only sent to standard Indian mobile numbers. Numbers starting with + or longer than 10 digits are skipped.
- SMS credits / gateway — if no patients are receiving SMS, your SMS service may need attention. Contact Doctecq.
