You can book from anywhere using the Book Appointment button (the circle button at the bottom on mobile, or + at the top).

Steps

  1. Click Book Appointment.
  2. Step 1 — Patient: search the patient by name or phone and select them.
  3. Step 2 — Schedule: choose the date, doctor and location, and the appointment length.
  4. Step 3 — Confirm: check the details and the SMS preview, then confirm.

The appointment appears on the calendar, and the patient gets a booking SMS.

Good to know

  • The calendar will let you book any time — even a slot that already has a patient. Check the day view first so you don't double-book by mistake.
