If the printed text sits on top of your pre-printed header or footer, adjust the content zone.

Fix

  1. Open the Print Hub and click Settings.
  2. On the Margins tab, drag the lines so the content area sits inside the blank space of your letterhead pad.
  3. Turn on Blank Print Mode so only the content prints (not a digital letterhead).
  4. Do a test print on one sheet and fine-tune the margins.
  5. Settings are saved per letterhead, so you only do this once.

If the printable area is too small you'll see a warning — widen the margins a little.
