Doctecq can alert you about new bookings and your daily schedule. If notifications aren't coming through, check these.

On a computer

  1. When the browser asks to Allow notifications, click Allow.
  2. Click the notification bell in the app to enable it.
  3. Check your browser hasn't blocked notifications for the site (in the site settings).

On Android

  1. Install the app (the "Add to Home Screen" / install prompt) and open it from the home screen.
  2. Allow notifications when asked.
  3. Turn off battery-saver for the app, which can silence alerts.

On iPhone

Add the app to your Home Screen first (from Safari's Share menu), then open it from there — notifications only work from the installed app.
