Open Whatsapp from the left menu. There are two modes.
Single message
Pick a patient and type a message — it opens WhatsApp so you can send it from your own number. No credits needed.
Virtual Bulk Campaign
Send the same message to many patients:
- Give the campaign a name and write the message.
- Add recipients (Add All Patients, or paste numbers).
- Send Now or Schedule for Later.
Bulk campaigns are sent for you by the Doctecq team, who then upload a delivery report you can download. Bulk campaigns use credits — your balance is shown on the page. To top up credits, contact Doctecq.
