Bulk campaigns are sent by the Doctecq team, so a new campaign sits as Pending until it is processed.

Check these

  1. Credits — make sure you have enough credits for the number of recipients. If low, contact Doctecq to top up.
  2. Wait for processing — the status moves to Processing, then Sent, and a delivery report is uploaded for you to download.
  3. Still waiting a long time? Contact Doctecq with the campaign name.
