Reception app vs main login

You can give reception either the Reception mini-app or a Main Software login. Both are fine — it's your choice.

• Reception mini-app — a simple front-desk screen: today's queue, check-in/out, register, book, search, WhatsApp and billing. It does not show clinical examination data.
• Main Software login — the full app. You can use Custom access to tick exactly what they see.

Both count against your staff-login limit. Pick the mini-app for a focused front desk, or a main login if reception needs more.
