Add treatment plans and your invoice number

Before you can bill patients, add your ready-made treatment plans and set your invoice number. Both live under Edit Examination in Settings.

Add treatment plans

1. Open Settings → Edit Examination.
2. Click Add Treatment Plan.
3. Add each treatment with its cost (and a default discount if you give one).
4. Save.

These treatments now appear when you bill a patient, so you don't type them every time.

Set your invoice number

1. In Settings → Edit Examination, click Add Invoice No.
2. Enter your invoice prefix and starting number.
3. Save.

Your bills now use this invoice series.

Also under Edit Examination

You can also add ready-made Examination terms, Prescriptions, Consent forms, and (for dental clinics) Dental Problems. Adding these now makes daily work much faster.
