The Patient Portal is your own branded app for patients. They can request appointments, see their bills and prescriptions, and chat with your clinic.

Getting it ready

  1. Open Patient Portal → Overview.
  2. Set your app name, colour, logo and favicon.
  3. Share the login link or QR code with your patients.

The Patient Portal is an add-on. If it's not in your menu and you'd like it, contact Doctecq to enable it.
